Power of Visualization

Hey there, I just watched a talk by Bo Sanchez (great guy btw).

And he talked about the importance of visualizing, which was really cool.

I haven't been visualizing that much lately (unless you count me planning what I"m gonma do and what goals I have). The video was a great reminder to visualize a s it helps us mentally and physically prepare for challenges.

Apparently, the mind can't differentiate imagination and reality, which is a neat feature to exploit. If we can prepare ourselves internally, it'd be easier for us to prepare ourselves for the world.

That aside, I want to write this blog because I wanted to share about Bo Sanchez.

I've been wanting to get back in touch with my faith lately. But I haven't really found ways to do it besides praying, reading the bible and seeing Christian memes online.But after re-discovering Bo Sanchez I can say I've found it.I haven't even finished watching 1 talk and immediately went to Beehiiv to write this.
